Banana-Blackberry Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 large banana
- handful fresh blackberries
- 1 tbsp. ground flaxseed
- 1 tbsp. pure maple syrup
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or other vegan milk)
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
